Our villas are a small row of two-bedroom properties, surrounded by a spacious yard and garden, where there is ample parking space for several vehicles.
The location is one of the best in town, just a step away from all the activity, yet remarkably peaceful.
The privacy and security of the properties is provided by surrounding walls, fruit trees and bougainvillea, with an electrically operated vehicle entrance gate.
Inside, the villas are all recently refurbished, to include a modern kitchen, downstairs WC and wash basin and spacious lounge area. The kitchens include a wash basin and drainer, dish-washer, washing machine, cooker hob and oven, microwave and large fridge. There are ample storage cupboards and drawers, containing a full range of kitchen crockery and utensils. All windows and doors are aluminium double glazed for energy efficiency, providing fast and efficient air-conditioning, even in the height of the summer heat. To complete your home comforts, there is a flat screen HD television and high-speed internet in each living area.
To complete the downstairs area, there are patios to the front and rear of each property, plus an outside shower to wash off the sand and salt on your return from the beach.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with plenty of storage space, balconies and modern air-conditioning units. The front bedroom balcony overlooks Protaras, with views of the sea. The bathrooms are modern walk-in shower rooms, fully tiled and with mirrored washbasins. The beds are very comfortable, with good quality mattresses, pillows and bed linens. Extra cots or camp-beds can be provided on request.
